Woman from US confirmed with Covid-19 on Tuesday
A 19-year-old woman from the United States tested positive for the L452R variant, authorities reported on Tuesday.
The imported case was the only one recorded for the daily tally.
The woman arrived via flight CX881 on November 7 and was tested positive during the "test-and-hold" arrangement upon arrival at the Temporary Specimen Collection Centre at Hong Kong International Airport.
She had received one dose of the Janssen/Johnson and Johnson vaccine in the US on August 7.
