Newly released video appears to show the moment a police officer shot a person who appears to attack the policeman with crowbar in the Tsuen Wan district Hong Kong. Police say the 18-year old protester was shot near the left shoulder and taken to the hospital. Police say the officer was "under serious threat" during the incident, and this video prove that it’s true.
