A report was made to the police on Sunday afternoon, saying there was a bomb inside the Christian Family Service Centre Jockey Club Building in Kwun Tong.

At that time, residents of Cheung Wo Court – a Home Ownership Scheme estate in Kwun Tong – were having an owners' corporation meeting on maintenance of the estate.

The attendees had to be evacuated from the building.

Exits of the building were cordoned off, but officers did not find any suspicious objects.

Police are investigating who made the earlier report about the bomb.
