The patient sought consultation at the hospital's accident and emergency department at 10am this morning.

She was arranged to stay at the observation bay. But at 1pm, security found the woman to have left.

The hospital arranged a search within the hospital and the surrounding areas, but did not manage to find her.

The hospital requested police help and contacted family of the patient.

The patient is around 1.6 meters high, wears glasses and has a thin build. She wore a grey top, a denim jacket, black trousers and white cap when she left the hospital.

Members of the public are urged to make calls to the hospital or the police if they find her.
