Twenty places named in compulsory testing notice, including three schools

Various locations in Hong Kong have been named on compulsory testing notices after authorities reported three imported cases who had stayed in Hong Kong, and three schools which had outbreaks of upper respiratory tract infection.

In the compulsory testing notices released last night, 17 premises visited by the patients are included in the notice. People must complete tests by December 9.

The 17 locations are:

(1) The Kimberley Hotel, 28 Kimberley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong for more than 2 hours at any time during the period from November 30 to December 7

(2) BaseHall, LG9, Jardine House, 1 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on December 6

(3) Yue Hwa Chinese Products, 301-309 Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on December 6

(4) Very Good Joyful Banquet, 2/F, Allied Plaza, 760 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. on December 5

(5) Wing Nin Noodle, Shop 7-8, G/F, 46 Carnarvon Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on December 4

(6) New O, Shop 5, G/F, Foo Tat Building, 50 Soy Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on December 4

(7) Immigration Department, 7/F, Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on December 3

(8) Red Tea, Shop 5, G/F, Hang Seng Tsim Sha Tsui Building, 18 Carnarvon Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on December 2

(9) East Ocean?Lafayette, L12, The One, 100 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. on December 2

(10) Cheung Wing Restaurant, Shop G7A, 7B & 7D, G/F, Amazing World (Site 1), Whampoa Garden, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on December 1

(11) Tao Heung The Pier Market, Unit A & B, 3/F, Grand Plaza, 639 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on November 30

(12) Citibank (Wheelock House Branch), 10/F, Wheelock House, 20 Pedder Street, Central, Hong Kong for more than 1 hour at any time during the period from November 4 to November 19

(13) Modern China Restaurant, Shop 603, 6/F, Telford Plaza 2, 33 Wai Yip Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on November 18

(14) LineUp Restaurant, Shop I, G/F, 97 Wellington Street, Central, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on November 18

(15) Almond Royal’s Dessert, Shop 6, G/F, Champagne Court, 40–46 Carnarvon Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on November 17

(16) TamJai Yunnan Mixian, G/F & 1/F, Chinese Club Building, 21–22 Connaught Road Central, Central, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. on November 17

(17) Orange Zone of Level 5 or Orange Zone of Level 6 (Gate 25–71), Terminal 1, Hong Kong International Airport, 1 Cheong Tat Road, Chek Lap Kok, Lantau Island, New Territories, Hong Kong at any time during the period from November 24 to November 27


Meanwhile, three schools have also been named in the notices due to outbreaks of upper respiratory tract infection and influenza-like illness.

People who have been to these schools from November 24 to December 7 must undergo testing by December 9, or return the specimen bottles with the sample by December 11.

Those who had undergone testing between December 5 and December 7 can be exempted from taking the test again.

The three schools are:

(1) Abiding Kindergarten, G/F, Nam Pin Wai, Lot No 239, DD115/G/F, Sub-Section 1 of Section A, Lot No 102, DD 115, Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong

(2) Annunciation Catholic Kindergarten, 11 On Yin Street, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong

(3) Muslim Community Kindergarten, G/F, 40 Oi Kwan Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
