Hong Kong’s latest and largest one-stop shopping platform brings Wellcome, Market Place, Mannings and 7-Eleven to your doorstep

Settling into a new normal, Hong Kong people have developed social distancing habits as they work from home, attend virtual classes and shop online. As they browse the internet for fresh produce, groceries, ready-to-eat foods and essential COVID supplies to be delivered quickly to their homes, “yuu to me” is the answer to a seamless online shopping experience that connects a huge network of over 2,500 shops in Hong Kong, including Wellcome, Market Place, Mannings and 7-Eleven.

A major upgrade of Hong Kong’s biggest rewards club yuu, “yuu to me” is a brand new ecommerce platform, featuring Hong Kong’s favourite brands and enabling 4 million yuu members to easily shop online, have their order delivered and earn yuu points all in one app.

“To best meet our customers’ needs, we will continue to expand the yuuinverse with our trusted partners, and provide the freshest possible items with unprecedented convenience, enabling members to shop whenever and however they want,” says Johnny Wong, CEO of DFI Digital.

Well-known brands that you trust

“yuu to me” assembles Hong Kong’s most trusted and well-established brands that range from fresh produce and groceries from Wellcome and Market Place, health and beauty products from Mannings, to a selection of convenience store favourites from 7-Eleven. Over 30,000 items are currently available with a rapidly expanding number of categories and items.

In addition, “yuu to me” is directly connected with the e-commerce platforms of IKEA, KFC, Pizza Hut, Maxim’s Cakes and Arome Bakery, making popular homeware and ready-to-eat foods available through the all-inclusive app.

What’s more, earning yuu points is never easier. Savvy yuu members can collect daily coupons and exclusive online offers through the “yuu to me” Coupon Centre that will be automatically applied at checkout.

Freshness that you can trust

“yuu to me” guarantees the same quality and freshness that customers have always trusted. Fresh produce like fruit, vegetables, meat, seafood, and dairy products are sourced from the most reliable suppliers which are then hand-picked by a professional logistics team that have been serving Hong Kong for decades, delivering the exact crispness and flavour to customers’ homes.

The secret to bringing this freshness is a strong network that transforms 150 physical shops at Wellcome, Market Place and 7-Eleven into online-to-offline (O2O) shops. This allows “yuu to me” to dispatch fresh produce directly from the shops that are nearest to their customers.

In selected areas, customers can enjoy a one-hour rapid delivery option on 7-Eleven, Wellcome and Market Place orders for 15 items or fewer - perfect for Hong Kong’s fast-paced lifestyle while minimizing carbon emissions as “yuu to me” dispatches from the closest O2O shops to ensure the shortest travelling distances possible.

Members can also enjoy free one-day delivery for orders over HK$200 and yuu points earned from the order will be updated in the app upon delivery. An array of limited-time perks is also available, as follows:
