A teen was robbed of his electric scooter when meeting a buyer in Tin Shui Wai at midnight.
The 15-year-old Pakistani boy created a post about selling his HK$9000 electric scooter on
Facebook, where a man later announced his interest and arranged a meeting with the teen.
The boy arrived at the Tin Shui Wai Light Rail Station at around midnight on Monday to deliver the scooter, where the buyer suddenly took out a knife and threatened him to hand over the scooter.
The boy was then punched in the face, and the knifeman escaped using the stolen scooter.
The police are currently on the lookout for a male between 30 to 40, 175 cm tall, chubby body, and wearing all black coupled with a black cap and brown necklace when committing the crime.
