Showers and thunderstorms triggered by high temperatures are affecting the Guangdong coast. Locally, more than 70 millimeters of rainfall were recorded over the vicinity of Ta Kwu Ling and Sha Tau Kok in the afternoon.

Showers will be heavier in some areas with squally thunderstorms at first. There will be sunny intervals in the afternoon tomorrow. Temperatures will range between 27 and 31 degrees Celsius.
