Three workers fell from height in Cha Kwo Ling, one unconscious
Three workers on Wednesday fell from a seven-meter height work platform at Tseung Kwan O–Lam Tin Tunnel construction site near Cha Kwo Ling Village, one was seriously injured and unconscious.
It was understood that the three, aged 30 to 67, were working on the tunnel connection works and fell from the work platform when it collapsed at about 3pm. They were later taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance.
One of them was seriously injured and went unconscious, while the other two had bruises on their hands and feet.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
