A pro-independence member of Returning Valiant, Alexander Au, was sentenced to five years and eight months in prison for renting a flat for bomb-making.
Three other co-defendants, aged under 21, were sent to a training center.
The five individuals were charged with conspiracy to commit terrorism and were arrested before they could procure materials for the planned bomb attack.
The judge referred to a notebook found in Ho Yu-wang's possession which had details of terrorist attacks aimed at disrupting Hong Kong's stability.
The sentences were handed down on August 31, 2022, in the High Court of Hong Kong.
The sentencing for Kwok Man-hei and Ho Yu-wang has been adjourned to September 27.
This case is the second to involve minors being convicted and sentenced under Hong Kong's national security law.
