Six Arrested in Hong Kong for Suspected Signature Forgery and Seditious Activities
Six people were arrested by the national security department of the police in Hong Kong on Tuesday for suspected signature forgery and seditious activities.
The suspects, aged between 33 and 64, are suspected of forging signatures on documents and publishing seditious content on social media that promoted hatred against the central government and the SAR government, advocated for Hong Kong independence, and incited violence.
Electronic communication devices and related documents were seized during searches of the suspects' homes.
All of the arrested individuals are being detained for further investigation.
