Screaming Christmas: 8 injured in car accident near Disney
A car collision next to Disneyland caused eight people to be injured on Christmas morning.
Police received a report around 8 am that a car crash occurred on Magic Road involving a private sedan hit into a white minibus carrying a team of Civil Aid Service staff.
Eight people in the vehicle, including two men and five women from CAS and the male private car driver, suffered minor injuries and were sent to North Lantau Hospital.
It is believed that the minibus turned around at the West Gate of the Team Disney Building when driving along Magic Road heading towards Disneyland, leading to the private sedan which was travelling aside with no time to stop and crashing into it.
The front part of the private car was severely damaged.
