The price for Apple Watch Series 7 starts at HK$3,199. Many are attracted by the narrower borders of the watch and the over 20 percent increase in the display screen area compared to the sixth generation.

Apple said it would be the most durable watch ever with a stronger and more crack-resistant front crystal. It would also be dust-resistant for the first time, with an IP6X certification. The watch will remain water-resistant as well, allowing users to dive into water as deep as 50 meters.

Users can still benefit from the same 18-hour battery life, which is now complemented by 33 percent faster charging. The battery of the watch can be charged from zero to 80 percent in just 45 minutes using a USB-C cable.

The new watch comes into five case finishes, including midnight, starlight, green, blue and red. Users can also order stainless steel models in silver, graphite, gold, titanium and space black titanium.
