The duo -- a local man surnamed Chung, 47, and a 41-year-old non-Chinese man -- was also arrested for possessing radio-communications equipment without a valid license.

During the operation, officers seized two axes, five baseball bats, some other cricket bats, gloves, wooden and iron sticks, as well as 10 walkie-talkies.

The two were released on bail and must report to police in mid-July.
