Oktoberfest returns with endless options of German beer, cuisines and beer-themed games
Rejoice beer fans in Hong Kong! It's finally the time to celebrate Oktoberfest, one of the three largest beer festivals in the world, with a sip of malt-flavored beer delivered to you by Central Market, Nina Hospitality and Jebsen Beverage.
"Central Market x Nina Hospitality Oktoberfest 2022" will be held from October 18 to 31 for two consecutive weeks, allowing beer fans to immerse in a mix of local Hong Kong and German culture under traditional Bauhaus architecture with Bavarian-inspired decorations.
The G/F of Central Market will be transformed into an Oktoberfest beer shed, and citizens can enjoy a sip of beer in the Biergarten decorated with blue over white striped Bavarian flags hanging at G/F Dining Ground.
Oktoberfest brings together four well-known beer brands, including Löwenbräu – one of the most prestigious German beers; Blue Girl Beer – a Hong Kong No.1 leading premium beer with 100 years of heritage; Hoegaarden – a refreshing Belgian wheat beer with natural fruity flavor; and Stella Artois – a beer that savors over 600 years of European brewing craftsmanship.
Visit Dining Ground to indulge in a variety of exquisite wines and delicacies to add the finishing touch to the autumn beer spree!
CITTÀ, which focuses on European dishes, will offer special limited-time German delicacies, including Pretzel with Cheese Dip, Schweinshaxe (crispy pork knuckle) with Sauerkraut and Fries, German Sausages Platter and Kasepatzle.
The Black Forest Brownie Cake by Fruitalks is also a must for those with a sweet tooth. Those who favor a fusion menu can try the original herb Roast Whole Chicken and Chicken Wings with Garlic and Honey at LottaJoy, a Cantonese cuisine.
Meanwhile, spicy lovers can try the Spicy Sausage, Chicken Cartilage, and Crayfish brought to you by Double Chilli.
