No member from Hong Kong Association for Democracy and People's Livelihood will stand in the coming Legislative Council election in December.
The association earlier opened nomination to members who wish to stand in the election but no one registered as of Friday, according to a
Facebook post of the association.
The association also convened a meeting on Saturday and yet the matter was not brought up after no one filed a nomination, chairman Yeung Yuk said.
Yeung also said he will go alone with party members' decision on whether to stand in the election or not.
Bruce Liu Sing-lee, one of the member of the association didn't file a nomination although he earlier said he will stand in the election. On that Yeung said he didn't know the reasons behind as well.
