New 'SmartPLAY' System Offers Personalised Sports and Recreation Services Booking
SmartPLAY is a new intelligent sports and recreation services booking and information system that will replace the existing Leisure Link Computerised Booking System.
Users can easily search and book/enrol in sports and recreation facilities or programs through the dedicated website or mobile app.
The system offers various features such as personalised services, e-reminders, e-notifications, managing personal accounts, making e-payments, and applying for refunds.
All users are required to register and complete the authentication process before using the new system.
Current Leisure Link patrons can register through "iAMSmart" or Smart Self-service Stations located at District Leisure Service Offices (DLSOs)/leisure venues.
Non-HKID card holders aged below 11 can upload their identity documents when making registration online.
Holders of the Hong Kong Birth Certificate can perform identity authentication in person with the relevant original documents at leisure venues of various districts with booking counters.
Children holding the Document of Identity for Visa Purpose, HKSAR Re-entry Permit or Permit for Proceeding to Hong Kong and Macao can bring along the relevant original identity documents to the SmartPLAY Services Centre for identity authentication in person and completion of user registration.
