Missing head found in the tragic case of dismembered model
Police found the dismembered Hong Kong model’s head in a big pot on Sunday afternoon, according to sources.
The finding came after the officers were deployed to Tseung Kwan O Chinese Permanent Cemetery and Lung Mei Tsuen in Tai Po to search for the body parts of the murdered Abby Choi Tin-fung.
Choi’s lower body parts were found in a village house at Lung Mei Tsuen by the police on February 25 after she was reported missing on February 21.
Officers then found Choi’s head and some ribs in a big pot seized by the police in the same village house. It is believed that someone tried to smash the head but it remained relatively intact, sources say.
The former father-in-law of the victim and his eldest son were charged with murder and will be on trial in Kowloon City Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
Choi’s ex-husband, surnamed Kwong, was also arrested pending further investigation.
