Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor said more people in Hong Kong will be required to get vaccinated, or they will have to get their regular tests at their own expense.
Lam said starting today, government employees will be required to get the
Covid vaccines, or they would have to undergo regular
Covid testing bi-weekly, and at their own expense starting September.
The Hong Kong leader also said Hospital Authority staff, care home workers, and teachers and staff members of Hong Kong schools will be next in line to be included in the scheme.
