Land sale program offers fewer homes

The 15 residential sites in the 2021-2022 land sale program will only offer some 6,000 units, which is lower than last year.
The Development Bureau said the 16,500 total units, include the 6,000 units in the land sale program, and other private projects.

Four out of 15 residential sites in the program are new residential sites in Kennedy Town, Repulse Bay, Lantau Island and the Educational Television Centre on Broadcast Drive.

Three railway property development projects will also offer 4,050 units, including the projects at Tung Chung Traction Substation, Pak Shing Kok Ventilation Building and Tung Chung East Station Phase 1.
