Innovation secretary tests positive for Covid

The Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry Sun Dong tested positive for Covid-19 on Monday.
Sun went to work today and is undergoing isolation, the Bureau said. He has no recent travel history.

The Bureau added that he received a negative result this morning for a polymerase chain reaction-based nucleic acid test conducted Sunday evening.

The authority will conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection at the relevant offices and arrange for relevant staff members to undergo Covid tests.
