Hong Kong to lure back overseas talent, Carrie Lam says
Hong Kong is focusing on attracting scientific talents from overseas back to the city and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, the Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor said today at the Boao Forum for Asia in southern Hainan.
She attended the opening ceremony and participated in the sessions that include 'Invigorate Development through Vibrant City Cluster: The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as a Model,' and the 'Women Roundtable.'
The theme of this year's conference is "A World in Change: Join Hands to Strengthen Global Governance and Advance Belt and Road Cooperation.''
She will also meet with leaders of some ministries, provinces and cities before returning tomorrow.
