Hong Kong Introduces New Weather Alert as Temperatures Soar
The Hong Kong Observatory is launching a new weather alert that will be triggered at 35 degrees Celsius.
This alert will warn of high temperatures expected next week, with temperatures predicted to range from 27 to 34 degrees with showers and thunderstorms.
The introduction of this new alert is due to consecutive record temperatures being recorded in the city over recent years.
