Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal Grants Khaw Kim Sun Chance to Clear his Name in Murder Case
The Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal has given Khaw Kim Sun, a former professor who was convicted of murdering his wife and daughter by placing a leaking inflatable yoga ball filled with carbon monoxide in the car boot, a chance to clear his name.
The court raised concerns about how the trial judge handled a key piece of missing evidence in her directions to the jury.
The court will hear Mr. Khaw's appeal in September.
