Hong Kong's Lion Rock Tunnel to switch to electronic toll payment system

The Lion Rock Tunnel in Hong Kong will switch to an electronic toll payment system on Sunday, but officials expect that it will take time for drivers to become accustomed to the new system, leading to no immediate reduction in congestion.
The new system will go live at 5am on Sunday, with a temporary closure of the tunnel expected in the run-up to the launch.
