Free rice for vaccination at Lok Fu Plaza
Lok Fu Plaza will set up a BioNTech outreach program where those receiving the vaccination can receive 1kg of rice.
In cooperation with Civil Service Bureau, Link Asset Management will provide free vaccination outreach services at the atrium of UG2/F, Lok Fu Plaza B on September 2. People who complete the vaccination on-site will receive a kilogram of Golden Phoenix rice.
The service will be held at Lok Fu Plaza on September 2 and 23, offering the first and second doses of the BioNTech vaccine from 10 am to 1 pm and 2pm to 5pm.
Residents can collect same-day tickets to receive the vaccination without prior appointment on a first come first serve basis. Upon completion, they will receive a kilogram of Golden Phoenix rice. Other gifts will be provided should the rice run out.
The outreach will be held over two days, with the first dose offered on September 2, followed by the second dose on September 23.
In addition, Link Asset announced a lucky draw in June for vaccinated residents with a total value of over HK$2 million in prizes, including 400 cash coupons for HK$5,000 Chinese restaurant meals and 100 small home appliances.
Registration will begin on September 1 for Hong Kong residents above 18 who completed two doses of Covid-19 vaccines in Hong Kong on or before the registration date.
