Forty-four guests who stayed from November 1 to 6 on the floor concerned of the North Wing in the hotel were transferred to the Penny's Bay to undergo compulsory quarantine.
The announcement came as Hong Kong reports one more imported case on Tuesday.
A 21-year-old woman who arrived from India via flight AI1314 on November 14 was tested positive upon arrival at the airport.
In addition, the CHP is continuing to follow up on the three imported cases involving local cargo crew with the L452R mutant strain.
The latest whole-genome sequencing analysis found that the three were very likely to be infected during their stay in the hotel in Germany considering their almost identical genetic sequences.
