Extra helpline set up for people under home quarantine

The Home Affairs Department announced on Tuesday an additional hotline center has been set up for the "StayHomeSafe" telephone hotline in view of the service demand.
The additional hotline center is located at Fung Tak Estate Community Centre in Wong Tai Sin. Together with the existing hotline center at Lai Chi Kok Community Hall, the hotline provides service from 7am to 11pm daily, with over 150 lines during busy hours.

The department said it will continue to adjust the service level of the hotline to tie in with the epidemic situation so as to provide the necessary support and assistance to persons undergoing home quarantine under the "StayHomeSafe" Scheme.
