Confederation of Trade Unions has started process for disbandment
Hong Kong Confederation of Trade Unions confirmed they have started process to disband the group, with more information to be released at a press conference tomorrow's afternoon.
The group said they will talk about the decisions of its executive council and arrangements on its members meeting, as well as future arrangements for the group's training center.
The press conference will be staged at 3pm tomorrow.
According to the group's website, the Confederation of Trade Unions was founded in 1990. It represents more than 93 affiliates and 145,000 members in Hong Kong from different sectors including property management, cleaning, transportation, aviation, domestic and personal services, food and beverage, construction and others.
