Coffee shop in Central among 11 places included in compulsory testing notices

The government has included 11 places in the latest compulsory testing notices, including Simplylife in Shatin and The Coffee Academics in Central.
In relation to a previous imported case with the L452R mutant strain, any person who had been present at five specified premises during the specified period has to undergo additional testing by September 17. They include:

1. Those who had been to Dim Dim Sum at 104-106 Tung Choi Street in Mong Kok, at any time during the period from 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm on August 28;

2. Those who had been to MacPherson Stadium at 38 Nelson Street in Mong Kok, at any time during the period from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm on August 28;

3. People who had been to Simplylife, at New Town Plaza (Phase 1) in Sha Tin at any time during the period from 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm on August 28;

4. People who had been to The Coffee Academics at 24 D'Aguilar Street in Central at any time during the period from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm on August 28;

5. And any person who had been to Bank of China (Hong Kong) at South China Building in Central at any time during the period from 11.00 am to 12.00 noon on August 28.

In addition, since there were outbreaks of upper respiratory tract infection or influenza-like illness in six schools with symptoms similar to those of Covid-19, these schools were also included in the compulsory testing notice.

1. Elite Kids Anglo-Chinese Kindergarten, KG01, G/F, Block A, Tin Lai Court, Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long, New Territories;

2. S.K.H. St. Barnabas’ Church After School Care Centre for Pre-primary Children, 4/F, 71 Shui Wo Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon;

3. S.K.H. St. Barnabas’ Church Kindergarten, G/F–3/F, 71 Shui Wo Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon;

4. The Church of Christ in China Chuen Yuen Kindergarten, Unit 4, Podium Level 3, Kwai Chung Shopping Centre, Kwai Chung Estate, Kwai Chung, New Territories;

5. St. Catherine’s International Nursery (Hung Hom Campus), 1/F, Harbour Place, 8 Oi King Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong;

6. Hong Kong Christian Service Morrison Hill Child Development Centre, 1/F, Tang Shiu Kin Hospital Community Ambulatory Care Centre, 282 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai
