A large piece of concrete fell off an industrial building wall in Kwai Chung Wing Hau Street, injuring a pair of passersby on Sunday morning.
At 10:34 am, a concrete slab sized at about 2 meters by 3 meters fell on the ground, the shattering fragment injuring a male and female passerby's arms and waist.
The duo got hurt after sweeping the graves and were sent to the Princess Margaret Hospital for medical care.
The accident site initially had crowd control measures in place for the people heading to the nearby Tsuen Wan Chinese Permanent Cemetery, now having to reroute the path after the incident.
Law enforcement cordoned off the area to investigate the incident.
