(Central Station) Three-room apartment up for grabs as GBA Lucky Draw opens registration

Act now if you want to win a three-bedroom apartment worth about HK$2.5 million in Zhongshan city in the Greater Bay Area!
The New Life in the GBA Lucky Draw opens for registration today (Wed), offering a decorated 3+1 bedroom residential apartment with a gross floor area of 105 meter square at Empyreal-Bay in Zhongshan as the grand prize.

The grand prize is sponsored by the Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation Ltd.

The registration period will run until September 30 and the draw will be staged on October 25.

Applicants must be Hong Kong residents aged between 18 and 45 with a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, also known as the “Home Return Permit.” They must also register as a YO PLACE member by September 30 and have a GBA Youth Card.

Twenty second prize winners will each get a HK$20,000 GBA living expenses spending credit, while 500 third prize winners will each receive a HK$10,000 spending credit. All participants will also be entitled to a HK$100 transport allowance as well.

The draw is launched by the Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation and aims to encourage young people in Hong Kong to capitalize on the development opportunities to pursue a new chapter of life in the GBA.

The winners will be selected randomly by a specialist computer on October 25 and the results will be announced on the websites of both the foundation and YO PLACE the next day. The list of winners will be published in The Standard and Sing Tao Daily on November 1.

Individual winners will be notified by email and phone according to the information provided on the registration form, within five working days of the day of the draw.
