Bus driver who allegedly touched girl's breasts released on bail
A 46-year-old bus driver who allegedly touched the breasts of his girlfriend's daughter has been released on bail for HK$1,000 on Saturday.
The driver surnamed Ng was charged with two counts of indecent assault for he allegedly touched the breasts and genital of the girl and forcefully kissed her at a flat in Tsuen Wan in August 2018 and on Sunday.
Ng appeared in West Kowloon Magistrates' Courts on Saturday. He needed not to enter plea yet and the case has been adjourned to November 29.
He was released on bail for HK$1,000. He must not leave Hong Kong, contact witnesses summoned by the prosecution and return to the scene where the incidents took place. He also has to report to a police station once a week.
Investigation by police is still underway.
