The updated LeaveHomeSafe app today is equipped with new functions to show red or amber health codes of users' companions, as well as simplify the self-declaration procedure for Covid-19 patients.
Users can upload the
Vaccine Pass of their companions on the updated LeaveHomeSafe, according to the office of the Government Chief Information Officer. The companions' health codes will automatically be updated to red or amber colours if they are confirmed
Covid cases or arrivals from overseas.
A new button for easy self-declaration of negative rapid antigen test results was also added to the app.
Users infected with
Covid who have been tested with negative results of RAT on the sixth and seventh day could apply for converting their red health code to a blue one with just one click in the app, making the declaration procedures swift and convenient.
A new function of "auto-alert" has also been added to remind users to upload their
Vaccine Pass if their vaccination reports are expired or invalid.
