Sino Group will offer one more brand-new apartment at Grand Central in Kwun Tong as a grand prize of the second phase of its vaccine lottery, if five million Hongkongers have gotten the jabs before October.
The prized is sponsored by Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation – the philanthropic arm of Sino Group, and Chinese Estates Holdings Limited.
The Group announced today that it will launch a phase 2 of the lucky draw with one more brand-new apartment to achieve five million population getting vaccinated by September 30, in order to support the government's vaccination program and encourage the community to reach a high vaccination rate.
The Foundation will offer another one-bedroom residential apartment at Grand Central in Kwun Tong, with a floor area of approximately 468 square feet and a value of approximately HK$12 million, as the prize of phase 2 of the lucky draw if the number of people receiving at least one dose of the
vaccine could reach 5 million by September 30.
Permanent residents aged 18 or older are eligible to enter the lucky draw as long as they have taken at least one dose of the
vaccine in Hong Kong.
Participants who did not win the grand prize in phase 1 lucky draw will be automatically enrolled for phase 2 without additional registration. People who only receive one dose shall register from 9am on September 2 to 5.30pm on September 30.
The Group added that they have received over 1.83 million registrations and they are glad to see a steady rise in the vaccination rate in Hong Kong.
It also reminded the public that the phase 1 registration is due to close in one month, at 5.30pm on September 1.
Those who have not yet received their
Covid-19 vaccination still have time to become vaccinated and be in with a chance to win one of the 21 prizes.
The lucky draw winners will be randomly drawn on September 8. The result will be announced on the lucky draw website on the same day, and will be published in local newspapers on September 13.
